IN HOME MEETING
Our process starts first and foremost with an in home meeting where we get to meet with you the customer and talk through what exactly your vision is for your pool. We believe this is one of the most important meetings as it allows for us to understand our clients lifestyle, tastes, and desires.
LAND SURVEY
First and foremost before our design process can really begin we must understand what kind of area we are working with and how much space we actually have. Unlike some pool contractors in St. Louis we make sure to do our due diligence before we begin breaking any ground or putting pencil to paper. The survey includes identifying any utilities, sprinkler heads, and anything that could possibly cause problems. We shoot elevations and make sure that our measurements are exact and that we are paying attention to every single detail before the pool design process begins. This is often times an overlooked step for some contractors that can cause major problems down the line.
DESIGN
We make sure to properly document and share what we have with our clients throughout every step of the design process. We make sure that your needs, goals, and vision is met when we are putting together a custom pool design. CONSTRUCTION
This portion of the process is very important to have completed transparency with our clients. We are extremely detailed and transparent from sale to swim, most importantly during the construction portion of your project. We make sure that you are up to date as to what is happening during your pool build and that if there are any things you want corrected during the build, we can make those corrections accordingly.
